Facilitating large and small events has always been a delight, especially for events that enhance our community’s vibrancy. Town Halls on Policing &
Community Relations
Having such a direct impact on my community through mediation and conflict resolution has been an honor. As a Lead Consultant and Facilitator, I conducted ten town halls in three different languages, in five Silicon Valley Bay Area cities: City of Mountain View, City of Millbrae, Redwood City, City of San Mateo, and Foster City.

Community Impact Reports
Social impact reports, spanning from a survey of 280 older adults conducted for a downtown Long Beach development to a Police and Community Relations report and original research on student academic success, have been performed. As a specialist, I possess experience in grant writing, case studies, literature reviews, and program evaluations, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative approaches.

Strategic thinking, mapping, and planning are the core of our services. Whether it’s program evaluation, logic model, SMART analysis, or timelines, our attention to detail is paramount. With years of experience in conducting focus groups, interviews, surveys, and community engagement, we bring a wealth of knowledge to our services.

Digital Storytelling & Data Visualization
With extensive experience in creating informative graphics, engaging social media content, crafting newsletters, and storytelling, whether in print or digital formats for local or national entities, I specialize in showcasing all aspects of stories, both qualitative and quantitative. My core focus is on bringing in funding or highlighting the organization’s work from the ground up.

Curriculum Development &
High-Impact Pratices
Service-learning, an experiential pedagogy, prioritizes student-centered experiences in education. This study refutes the deficit model of college student success and explores service-learning in higher education to tailor academic interventions to students’ needs. Quantitative data showed that academic success involves persistence, collaboration, experiential learning, and career readiness.

Talent Development: Training & Workshops
Some of the high-profile training and development workshops have been with the San Mateo County Police Department, the SMC Sheriff's Office Inmates, and the corporate client Aimmune Therapeutics.
